Bring a Yogi to Work Day

Let my company help yours by demonstrating the benefits of developing a yoga practice to your employees. Those interested after the demonstration can arrange to meet at a specific time for a weekly lesson on-site. I’ve been teaching yoga for 25 years and have my own studio, The Yoga Room, here in Madison. My corporate clients include American Red Cross, The University Club, American Cancer Society, and more.
