Bring a Yogi to Work Day
Let my company help yours by demonstrating the benefits of developing a
yoga practice to your employees. Those interested after the demonstration
can arrange to meet at a specific time for a weekly lesson on-site. I’ve been
teaching yoga for 25 years and have my own studio, The Yoga Room, here in
Madison. My corporate clients include American Red Cross, The University Club,
